CHARTER AMENDMENT
No. 1977-3

RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Vienna adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution
of Maryland and Section 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition, as amended) title "Corporations - Municipal"
to amend the Charter of The Commissioners of Vienna by
repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Section 22—12
entitled "Powers enumerated" of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland entitled "Dorchester County", subtitled
"Vienna" providing for enabling powers of the City.

[Section 22-12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date July 15, 1977]

RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Vienna adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution
of Maryland and Section 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition, as amended) titled "Corporations - Municipal"
to amend the Charter of The Commissioners of Vienna by
repealing and reacting, with amendments, Subsection (a)
entitled "Tax Rate" of Section 22-19 entitled "Taxes and
Assessments" of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
entitled "Dorchester County", subtitled "Vienna" to remove
the limitation placed on the amount of taxes.

[Section 22-19 (a) of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

remove the limitation of indebtedness.
