Signed sealed Published Pronounced and \ W.m Ringgold {Seal} declared as and for his Testament and Last Will | by William Ringgold in the Presence of us, who at his request in Presence, and in that of each other have Witnessed the same, Rob.t Anderson Jun.r, Ben, Chambers, Thomas Anderson W.m Chambers, State of Maryland \ Kent County to Wit / December 8th. 1789 Then came / Thomas Anderson, and Ben.n Chambers two of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of William Ringgold late of Kent County deced, and severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God, that they did see the Testator herein Named sign and Seal this Will, and that they heard him Publish pronounce and Declare the same to be his last Will and Testament, that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their Apprehe^nsions of Sound and Disposing mind Memory and unterstanding, and that Robert Anderson Jun.r, and William Chamers the other Subscribing Witness was Present at the same Time and signed their Names as Witnesses to this Will in the Prsence and at the Request of the Testator and in the Presence of each other Before Jn.o Ni[ch]olson Reg.r Wills for K.t County |
