      In the Name of God  Amen I Henry Williams of Kent County and
  State of Maryland being very Sick and week of Body but of Sound Disposing mind and
   Memory do make Constitute and confirm this my last Will and Testament in manner
   and form Following Viz.t I Give and Bequeath unto Ann Parks wife of—
   Thomas Parks the Sum of Twenty Pounds Current Money —————
   I Give and Bequeath unto Mary Parks Eldest daughter of Thomas and Ann Parks
   the further Sum of Twenty Pounds current money ——  I Give and bequeath unto
   Sarah Parks daughter to Thomas and  Ann Parks the further Sum of Twenty Pounds —
   current money~ I Give and Bequeath unto Sarah Boots daughter of Abraham and Mary
   Boots my Rideing Horse — I Give and Bequeath unto my Trusty friend James Can[n?]
   all the Residue of my Estate not all ready Bequeathed for the Purpose hereafter mentioned that
   is to say for the Purpose of Defraying my Burial charges and all Just demands against
   me, and I do hereby Constitute and apoint my Friend James Can my Trustee to receive—
   all Moneys due me, and to Pay the above mentioned Legacies in Manner and form—
   following, that is to say he shall first Deduct out of  Ann Parks Legacy all demands
   that her Husband Thomas Parks may have against me and that he shall Pay the —
   Residue to the said  Ann Parks at such times and in such articles as he in his Judg
 = ment shall think will be most condusive to her and her Childrens Personal Benefit
   and that he shall Pay the above mentioned Legacies with the benefits acruing thereon to [her]
   aforesaid Children at the Age of Eighteen years, but in case of the Death of the sa[id]
   Thomas Parks father of the above Mentioned Children, or other distreses Befalling, the sa[id?]
   Children or should he in his Judgement think it of most  Advantage to them to expen[d?]
   it on them dureing there Minority that then in that Case he shall have a Discreti[onary?]
   Power to lay it out either for their support or Education who keeping a Just and tr[ue]
   Account of the expenditures —  And my Will further is that after all my Just Debts [is]
   Paid including all my Funeral expences and full and ample Sattesfaction made
   and allowed to my Friend James Cann for the Performence of the trust Reposed in him
   that should there be any residue of my Estate that if it shall be paid unto the aforemention[ed]
   Sarah Boots at the age of Eighteen years — and hereby Revoking all for[mer]
