RESOLUTION of the Commissioners of Vienna, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Art. 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Sec. 13 of Art. 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 Ed. as amended, entitled
"Corporations - Municipal" to amend the Charter of The
Commissioners of Vienna by repealing and reenacting, with
amendments, Sec. 22-41 entitled "Additional Bonds" of the
Public Local Laws of Dorchester County to allow for
additional bonds to pay for the replacement, extension and
enlargement of the public works in the City of Vienna
without the necessity of referendum irrespective of the
amount and to provide four the receipt and acquisition of
money from sources other than bonds.

[Section 22-41 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
