AN ACT concerning

CHAPTER 695
(House Bill 1275)

Well Permit Fees

FOR the purpose of permitting certain county boards of
health to establish collect a well permit fee with
certain exceptions; providing that a fee may be charged
before a permit to drill a well is issued; providing
that the fee may not exceed a certain amount; providing
a waiver for certain wells; providing for the use of
the fee; and generally relating to well permit fees.
