(D) A COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHALL USE THE WELL
PERMIT FEES TO DEFRAY EXPENSES INCURRED IN ENFORCING THE
REGULATIONS ADOPTED UNDER § 8-602 OF THIS TILE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That it is the
intent of the General Assembly that the well permit fees
collected under Section 1 of this Act shall be utilized to
defray expenses incurred in enforcing the regulations
adopted under Section 8-602 of this title § 9-1305 of the
Health - Environmental Article.

SECTION 2 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Act shall take effect July 1, 1982.

FOR the purpose of altering the membership of the State Fire
Prevention Commission; providing that certain members
shall reside in certain regions; and generally relating
to the composition of the State Fire Prevention

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland

(a) There is hereby created a State Fire Prevention
Commission, which shall consist of [seven] 9 persons,
qualified by experience and training to deal with the
matters which are the responsibilities of the Commission,
