2248                                             LAWS OF MARYLAND                                        Ch. 687 the State of Maryland; [and] in Worcester County a statement that
the applicant has never offered a plea of nolo contendere to a
felony indictment which was accepted by a court; [and] in
Wicomico County a statement that the applicant consents to the
board investigating the applicant's criminal record!.]; AND IN
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, A SIGNED STATEMENT BY THE APPLICANT THAT
THE APPLICANT HAS NOT BEEN CONVICTED OF A FELONY OR IF THE
APPLICATION IS BEING MADE FOR THE USE OF A CORPORATION, THAT THE
APPLICANT AND NONE OF THE STOCKHOLDERS OF THAT CORPORATION HAVE
BEEN CONVICTED OF A FELONY; (13) A statement as to whether the applicant has ever
been adjudged guilty of any offense against the laws of the
United States. [The board of license commissioners of Prince
George's County shall be deemed authorized to obtain police
records on applicants and their agents from the Maryland State
Police and county police.] IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, A SIGNED
STATEMENT BY THE APPLICANT THAT THE APPLICANT HAS NOT BEEN
ADJUDGED GUILTY OF ANY OFFENSE AGAINST THE LAWS OF THE UNITED
STATES OR IF THE APPLICATION IS BEING MADE FOR THE USE OF
CORPORATION, THAT THE APPLICANT AND NONE OF THE STOCKHOLDERS OF
THAT CORPORATION HAVE BEEN ADJUDGED GUILTY OF ANY OFFENSE AGAINST
THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. THE PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY BOARD
OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS MAY OBTAIN POLICE RECORDS FROM THE
MARYLAND STATE POLICE AND THE PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY POLICE ON
ANY APPLICANT OR AGENT OF THE APPLICANT AND ON ANY STOCKHOLDER OF
A CORPORATION THAT IS APPLYING FOR THE USE OF A LICENSE. The
board will destroy these records upon completion of its necessary
use of such records; 68. (C-l) IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, A RENEWAL OF A LICENSE MAY
NOT BE GRANTED, AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BOARD, IF THE LICENSEE
OR ANY OF THE STOCKHOLDERS OF THE CORPORATION HAVING THE USE OF A
LICENSE HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF A FELONY. OR WHO DURING THE
LICENSE YEAR HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF ANY OFFENSE AGAINST THE LAWS
OF THE STATE OR OF THE UNITED STATES WHICH IN THE JUDGMENT OF THE
LOCAL LICENSING OFFICIALS IS OF THE NATURE THAT WOULD RENDER THE
HOLDER UNFIT OR WOULD DISQUALIFY THE LICENSEE FROM OBTAINING A
LICENSE RENEWAL. A PUBLIC HEARING SHALL BE HELD BY THE PRINCE
GEORGE'S COUNTY BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS PRIOR TO THE
RENEWAL OF THAT LICENSE. ALL RELEVANT FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES
OF THE OFFENSE MAY BE INQUIRED INTO AT THAT HEARING. 69. (f) (5) In addition to the above, the board may revoke the
license of a licensee for: (i) [Conviction of a felony] A FELONY
CONVICTION OF A LICENSEE OR ANY STOCKHOLDER OF A CORPORATION
HAVING THE USE OF AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSE; or
