AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code,
titled "Zoning", Article XXI, title "Nonconforming uses",
Subsection 102, titled "Applicable provisions" by repealing and
reenacting with amendments and additions Subsections E and F
thereof, providing for the right to extend nonconforming
residential uses, for use as Family Day Care Homes, to read as
follows:

AN ACT to amend Chapter 29 titled "Director of Finance" of
the Wicomico County Code, by repealing and reenacting said
Chapter, with amendments, to provide generally for the powers and
duties of the Director of Finance, and for the procedures to be
followed in his office, and further declaring that this Act shall
take effect immediately from the date of its final passage as an
emergency measure in order to provide for the health, safety and
welfare of the citizens of Wicomico County.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code,
titled "Zoning", by adding Sub-Section 225-30 D (1).
WHEREAS, it appears advisable to amend the aforesaid Zoning
Chapter of the Wicomico County Code, upon the recommendation of
the Wicomico County Planning and Zoning Commission so that proper
facilities may be included in commercial districts for the
maintenance of a resident watchman or caretaker, employed on the
premises of any such commercial use listed in said Chapter 225;
