Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments. Sections SC2-10 and SC11-11 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement), repealed. Section SC11-10 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement), added. Effective Date July 12, 2005] RESOLUTION NO. 1250 A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Southerly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as
the "Mack Lane - University Park Phase II Annexation" being an area located on the
Southerly side of Mack Lane. (4.9245 acres of land, more or less) [Pursuant to Section SC1-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement). Effective Date October 27, 2005] RESOLUTION NO. 1251 A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Southerly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as
the "South Division Street - Hearne Property Annexation" being an area located on
the Easterly side of South Division Street and the Northerly side of Dykes Road. (49.737 acres of land, more or less) [Pursuant to Section SC1-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement). Effective Date December 29, 2005]
