SALISBURY binding upon the Southerly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as
the "South Division Street - Hearne Property Annexation" being an area located on
the Easterly side of South Division Street and the Northerly side of Dykes Road. (49.737 acres of land, more or less) [Pursuant to Section SC1-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement). Effective Date August 25, 2005] RESOLUTION NO. 1289 A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Westerly corporate limit of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the
"Pemberton Drive - Crockett Property Annexation" being an area located on the
Northwesterly side of Pemberton Drive. [Pursuant to Section SC1-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement). Effective Date November 10, 2005] RESOLUTION NO. 1340 A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the

binding upon the Westerly corporate limit of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the
"Parsons Road - G2 Properties Annexation" being an area located on the
