Resolution No. 1-89

A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF WOODSBORO
BY AMENDING SECTION 29-3 THEREOF PROVIDING FOR THE ELECTION OF
FOUR (4) COMMISSIONERS, THE QUALIFICATION OF OFFICERS AND VOTERS
AND THE CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS GENERALLY.


[Section(s) 29-3 of the Charter of the Town of Woodsboro,
Frederick County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
