RESOLUTION NO. 1021

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Easterly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the
"Merritt Mill Road — Moore Property Annexation" being an area located on the
Southerly side of Merritt Mill Road.

[Pursuant to Section SC1-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

Effective Date December 25, 2003]

RESOLUTION NO. 1067

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Southeasterly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known
as the "Johnson Road - Johnson's Retreat Annexation" being an area located on the
Southeasterly side of Johnson Road.

[Pursuant to Section SC1-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

Effective Date April 8, 2004]

RESOLUTION NO. 1068

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Northwesterly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known
as the "Three Creeks - Causey Property Annexation" being an area located on the
Northerly side of Naylor Mill Road and the Easterly side of Jersey Road.

[Pursuant to Section SC1-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

Effective Date April 22, 2004]

RESOLUTION NO. 1069

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Easterly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the
"Glen Avenue - Stephens Property Annexation" being an area located on the
Southerly side of Glen Avenue and the Westerly side of Chelsea Court.
