[Pursuant to Section SC1-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

Effective Date April 8, 2004]

RESOLUTION NO. 1075

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Easterly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the
"Old Ocean City Road - Farlow Farm Annexation" being an area located on the
Northerly side of Old Ocean City Road.

[Pursuant to Section SC1-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

Effective Date May 6, 2004]

RESOLUTION NO. 1077

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Northeasterly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known
as the "East Naylor Mill Road - Ruark Property Annexation" being an area located on
the Easterly side of but not binding upon East Naylor Mill Road.

[Pursuant to Section SC1-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

Effective Date May 6, 2004]

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 2003-1

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of Secretary,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article HE of the Constitution of the
State of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition, as amended) entitled "CORPORATIONS MUNICIPAL" to amend the
Charter of the Town of Secretary, Maryland (1990 Edition) by amending Section 106
of the Charter of the Town of Secretary, Maryland (1990 Edition).
