RESOLUTION PROPOSING THE ANNEXATION OF

CERTAIN LANDS TO THE TOWN OF SUDLERSVILLE

A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE ANNEXATION OF 92.838 acres of land
more or less, known as the Coleman's Farm Partnership property, into the municipal
boundaries of the Town of Sudlersville, Maryland and also of 9.996 acres of land, more
or less owned by the Commissioners of the Town of Sudlersville, for a total annexation
area of 102.834 acres of land, more or less; amending the Charter of the Town of
Sudlersville for the purposes of including the annexed property within the legal
descriptions and plats depicting the corporate limits of the Town; and all matters
related to said annexation.
