AN ACT Concerning

Zoning - Subdivisions and Single-Family Dwellings

For the purpose of amending the zoning regulations to clarify that divisions of land
transferred to bona fide conservation entities shall not be counted in determining the
number of lots created and to clarify that only one single-family dwelling is permitted
on an individual lot, unless specifically provided for in the district regulations.

For the purpose of expanding the membership of various County Board and
Commissions to include at least seven members to coincide with the total number of
County Commissioners; to reduce terms to a maximum of four years; and to eliminate
term limits.
