In testimony whereof we have hereunto subscribed
out names and affixed our seal this seventh day
of august in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and seven

on the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed sc.t
Received on the day of the date within mentioned
the sum of one dollar current money of the United
States it being the full consideration money within

arundel county aforesaid and acknowledge the
annexed aforegoing instrument of writing to be their
respective act and deed according to the purport
true intent and meaning thereof and the act of
assembly in such case made and provided
