   [h]is Severall promises and assumptions afd in forme afd made litle minding but~
   [f]raudulently Intending the Said Plt. in that behalfe to deceive & defraud the afd —
   Severall Sumes of Tobacco which in the whole Amounts unto the Sume of four hundred
   and Sixty two pounds of Merchantable Tobacco to the Said Plt~. altho’ afterwards vizt.
   the Eighteenth day of October in the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven
   hundred and Seventeen and often after at the Parish County & Jurisdiciõn afd by
   the Said Plt was thereunto required hath not paid nor made Content~ for the Same
   But that to pay or Content~ the Said Deft~. hitherto hath denied & Still doth deny to
   the damage of him the Said Plt~. Nine hundred and Twenty four pounds of Merchant:
  :able Tobacco and thereupon he brings Sute &ca.

   And the Said Deft~. being called Came and the Said Plt~. by his afd attry prays that
   the Said Deft~. might give Special baile to the afd Accõn which is granted and that
   be kept in Safe Custody by the Sherf. of Said County untill he Shall give Special bale
   as afd.. . And the Said Deft~ Saith that he Cannot gainsay the Accõn afd of him~
   the Said Plt~. nor but that he is indebted as afd and is willing that Judgment Should
   be entered for the Said Sume being four hundred Sixty two pounds of Tobo. and Cost~
   thereon Accruing =   =    Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt. this .
   Twentieth day of March Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Seven
  :teen That the afd plt~. William Frisby do recover against the Said Deft~ James .
   Willcocks as well the afd Sume of ffour hundred and Sixty two pounds of Tobo.
   Damages as also the Sume of Three hundred Eighty one pounds of Tobacco
   Cost by the afd Plt. about his Sute in this behalfe Expended and by the Court here
   of his assent adjudged and the Said Deft~. in mercy
   And the afd Plt~ comes into Court in his proper person and Acknowledges —
   to have Received from the afd Deft~ the Sume of Eight hundred fourty.
   three pounds of Tobo. it being in full Satisfaciõn of the Damages and Cost
   in the Judgment~ afd

   Nathaniel Pearce | his Lord Ships Dominion &ca. That he take Nathaniel

of Kent County if he Should be found in his Bailywick
   and him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said Lordships Justices of the
   next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to -
   Answer unto William Frisby of a plea that he render him the full and just Summe
   of Nine hundred and Twenty pounds of good Merchantable leafe Tobacco in Caske to
   containe the Same of the value of Nine pounds Sterling money which from him
   he unjustly detains &ca. . And that he have then and there the Said writ &ca
