thousand pounds of ^tobo^ of his body Goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements to the use of the Severall
Officers that have a right to any fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd to be made & LEvied
If it happen that the said Isaac Parker doth not pay the severall officers fees due as afd &c

 To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting The
Petition of Aaron Tillman humbly sheweth that whereas your petitioner
being a bondsman with John Givans who is deceased for the performance of the
administration and distribution of John Tillmans Estate now the widow of the said John
Intermarried with a Certain Furnice Odear which Furnice Odear is lately deceased and the
Estate of the Orphans of the afd John Tillman is squandring away your petitioner thererefore
humbly prays your worships to order that a Summons may Issue requireing the Widow
Rose Tillman Alias Odear to give Sufficient Security to keep harmless your petitioner and
the Exrs of John Givans from the bond they entered into with the afd Rose Tillman Alias
Odear or otherways deliver the Estate belonging to the Orphans of John Tillman to your
petitioner they retuning An Account to your worships of what that they receive Agreeably
to the act of assembly in such case provided and your petitioner as in duty bound shall
ever pray
                                     The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood  And the said
Rose Tillman alias Odear being here present in Court as well as the petitioner Aaron TIllman
and the Court having heard the Severall allegations as well on the part of the petitioner as
on the part of the said Rose Tillman alias Odear and for as much as it doth appear to the
^Court^ here that the Said Rose Tillman alias Odear is not able to give the petitioner Counter Security
as the Law in such Cases directs but the said Rose Tillman al.s Odear is willing to Surrender
and deliver up unto the said Aaron Tillman all the Estate of the said John Tillman that she
hath in her hands and which of right doth belong unto the Children of the said John TIllman

    Upon which ^the^ Court do appoint Richard Chambers and James Furnace of Somerset
County Gent to reappraise the Estate of the said John Tillman it should happen hereafter upon
the said Aaron Tillmans making application unto the said Rose Tillman al.s Odear for the said
Estate and the said Rose should refuse to deliver the Same that then the said Aaron Tillman
might repair to a majestrate and make affidavitt of the said Roses Refusall and that the
said Majestrate upon the request of the said Aaron to Issue his Warr.t to the Clerk of the
County Court of Somerset thereby directing him to Issue attachment against the said Rose
in order to appear the said Aaron with the Estate of the said John Tillman &c
