the new Road by him to be Cleared as near good and passable as the Old Road &a

                    To the Worshipfull Justices in Court Sitting the petition of John Webb humbly

Sheweth that whereas your petitioner is possest of a tract of Land Called turbridge the bounds of
thereof being some what decayed your petitioner prays your Worships to appoint Commissioners to Examine Wittnesses
in relation to the bounds of the said Land and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray

                      The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood   It is Considered by the Justices
here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid John Webb  And that William Lane Moses Mills Ephraim
Waggaman and Bowdine Robins of Somerset County Gentleman be Commissioners and Examine Wittnesses in Relation to
the bounds of the Land aforesaid according to Law &a

the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the af.d Moses Mills and that William Lane John Webb Ephraim ^Waggaman^
and Bowdine Robins of Somerset County Gentlemen be Commissioners and Examine Wittnesses in Relation to the
bound of the Land af.d according to Law &c


George MccKeine of Somerset County planter appointed Constable of Nanticoke hundred for the Ensuing
Year being present herein Court took the Severall Oaths to the Government appointed by act of assembly to
be taken with the Oath of Constable and subscribed the Oath of abjuration and test &.c


Elgate Hitch of Somerset County planter appointed Constable of Wickacomoco Hundred for the
ensueing year &.a


William Shores of Somerset County planter appointed Constable of Manny Hundred
for the ensueing year &.a


John Anderson of Somerset County planter appointed Constable of Manocan Hundred
for the ensuing year being present herein Court took the severall Oaths to the Government
appointed by Act of assembly to be taken with the Oath of Constable and subscribed
the oath of Abjuration and test &.a
