a great family but it not able to Support them by means of a rupture that he has had this fifteen Years which Renders him altogether Uncapable of Maintaining them he therefore Humbly prays your Worships will be pleased to to take it into your Consideration and sett him Tax free for the future and he as in duty bound shall pray &c James Stean The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood It is Considered by the Justices here that the aforesaid James Stean be Tax free for the future as by the petition aforesaid is praid &a
upwards which is troubled and has been for some years with the wind Chollick which so disables her from being any ways serviceable to your petitioner for some Considerable time when these fitts are on her which are very Common as Likewise in her best Health her Age and Inabilities partly thro her Infirmity renders her of very small Service to your Petitioner Humbly prays your Worships will be pleased |
