The Senate bill entitled au Act to repeal chapter 181 of
the Acts of 1872, entitled an Act to repeal section 21 of Ar-
ticle VII. of the Code of Public Local Laws of Carroll coun-
ty, sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables," and to
re-enact the same with amendments, and to amend and re-
enact the same.
Also,
The House bill entitled au Act to repeal so much of the
Act passed at the January Session,' 1870, chapter 434, enti-
tled an Act to extend the jurisdiction of Justices of the
Peace, in and for Dorchester, Kent, Caroline, Calvert, Car-
roll, Queen Anne's, Anne Arundel, Prince George's, Har-
ford, Charles and Worcester counties, to cases of "Assault
and Battery," and to extend the right of Appeal, so far only
as the same relates to Kent county.
Also,
The Senate bill entitled au Act to incorporate "The Trus-
tees of the Synod of the Potomac of the Reformed Church, in
United States.
Also,
The Senate bill making an appropriation to Washington
county.
Also,
The Senate bill entitled au Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Cecil county, to pay the Sheriff of said
county a per diem for attendance in person or by Deputy
upon the Court, and such further compensation for other ser-
vices as in their discretion may seem to them right and
proper.
