65 acknowledged executed & Suffered all & every Such further & Lawfull & reasonable Act & Acts thing & things devize & devizes assurances & Conveyances in the Law whatsoever wch: Shall be or may be for the more better & perfect assurance Sure makeing & Conveying of all & Singular the Sd: bargained pr:misses & every part & parcell thereof unto the Sd: Michaell Dishroone his heires & assignes To the onely Proper use & behoofe of y Sd: Michaell Dishroone his heires and assignes for Ever according to the True intent and meaning of these pr:Sts as the Sd: Michaell Dishroone his heires or assignes or by his or their Councell learned in the Law Shall be reasonably devised advised or required as for the making Doeing acknowledging executing Suffering & performing Such further acts things devices & assurances & Conveyances or any of them y person or persons be not Compelled To Travell any further then the Citty of St. Maries in this Province of Maryland for y doeing & executeing thereof In Confirmacon & full assurance of the Truth above written the said John Rickards & Elizabeth his wife have given Deed & State with full & peaceable possession by Livery of Seizin of & in the above mentioned pr:misses with theire ~ ~ appurtenances thereunto belonging & Elizabeth his wife hath delivered up her right of Dower & her thirds to the Same as witnes their hands & Seales the day & year first above written Signed Sealed & delivered John Rickards ~ Seale in the pr:sence of us Signum John West Eliza: Rickard Seale George Noble Memorandum that this day to witt the Nine & Twentieth day of November Annoq Dom: 1690 Came before us the Subscribers John Rickards & Elizabeth his wife And the Sd Elizabeth being apart from her Sd: husband Secretly examined according to Law did acknowledge the within mentioned Land Called Woulld have had more in this within written Deed Specified to be the right of him the within named Michaell Dishroone & his heires & assignes for Ever and against them y Sd: John Rickards & Eliza: his wife & theire ~ heires & assignes for Ever Warrant the Same ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Recd: Two Shillings for exa: & Taken before us ffrancis Jenckins fine upon allienacon John King / pr me Stephen Luffe Sherife Intr: the 27th: January Ao: Do: 1690 pr me Edm: Beauchamp Clr:ke Cur
