Item I give and bequeath the remainder of my personall Estate to my Loving Mary Noble my Sonns Isaac
Noble and John. Noble and my Daughter Mary Noble to be equally devided betwixt them. my sonns & Daughter
to have their parts delivered them when they shall accomplish the age of sixteen years. -----------------------
Lastly I doe appoint my loving Wife Mary Noble Sole Execcutrix of this my last will and Testament In
wittness whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand and Seal this fifteenth day of September, One

Know all men by these presents that wee Thomas Morris: John:Webb and William: Innis of the County of Somerset and
Province of Maryland Gentm. doe acknowledge and confess our Selves to owe and are indebted unto their Maties. Wm:
and Mary King and Queen Over England &c. the just Sum of One hundred pounds Sterling money of England which
wee promise to pay to their Maties their Heirs or Successors, and for the true performance of the same to be well and
truly paid wee bind us and each of us, our Heirs Execcutors and Admrs joyntly and Severally in and for the whole in
Testimony whereof we have hereunto Sett our hands and Seals this 6th day of January in the Second year of their
Maties Reign and in the year of our Lord God One thousand Six hundred and ninety . ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
The Condition.of the abovesd Obligation is Such that if the above bound, Thomas:Morris he his Heirs Execcutrs
or Admrs they or any of them doe well and truly content satisfie and pay all the debts due and owing by Samuel:
Innis of this County deceased, upon Order had and Obteined from their Maties Justices of the Peace in Court
Sitting as also to observe the clause and clauses in the said letters of Administration allready granted to the said
Morris, as also to make no waste Sale or destruction in off or upon the real Estate Orphants, viz) dwelling houses out
houses, Lands woods, Orchards and fences Observing that Law entituled an Act for preservation of Orphants real
Estates. And lastly to keep harmless the Justices of the Peace of the said County for probat of Wills & granting
of Administrations and all other the Officers. that then this Obligation to be void and of none effect, otherwayes
to be and remain in full power force and vertue. Thomas: Morris. Sealed

Maryland, doe acknowledge and confess our Selves to owe and are indebted unto Elizabeth Smith Daughter to Edward /
late of this County Gent. the just Sum of One hundred pounds Sterling money of England, which wee promise to
pay to the above named Elizabeth or to her certain Attorney, or to her Heirs Execcutors or Admrs. and for the
true performance of the same to be well and truly paid we bind us and each of us jointly and Severally our
Heirs Execcutors and Admrs firmly by these presents. In Testimony whereof wee have hereunto Sett our hands
and seals this 6th. day of January in the second year of their Maties Reign, William and Mary by the grace
of God of England Scotland ffrance and Ireland King and Queen defenders of the faith And in the year of
our Lord God One thousand Six hundred and ninety .
The Condition of the abovesd Obligation is Such that whereas the above bound Thomas Morris is appointed
Guardian to the abovesd Elizabeth, and hath also obteined Order to take into his possession the said Elizabeth
with her Estate, which said Elizabeth and Estate the said Morris as above hath obliged himselfe to take
