CHAP. 6.

said officers annually as heretofore, for five years succes-
sively; and which in its second section provides that
nothing in this act shall be construed to extend to the
Inspectors of Tobacco in the several county warehouses,
shall be, and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from its passage.

CHAPTER 5.

Passed Feb.
3, 1852.

AN ACT to provide for the Removal of the Records
and Papers of the Court of Appeals for the Eastern
Shore, to the office of the Clerk of the Court of Ap-
peals of Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the late clerk of the Court of Ap-
peals for the Eastern Shore, be authorised and directed
to remove to the office of the clerk of the Court of Ap-
peals of Maryland at Annapolis, the records and papers

of the late Court of Appeals for the Eastern Shore.

Sum appro-
priated.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the sum of sixty
dollars be, and it is hereby appropriated, to pay the ex-
penses incurred in removing and arranging the said
records and papers, and that the late clerk of the Court

of Appeals for the Eastern Shore, be, and he is hereby
authorised to draw on the Treasurer for any sum or
sums of money which may be necessary to pay the said

expenses; Provided, that the whole amount drawn for
that purpose shall not exceed the sum of sixty dollars.

In force.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

Governor in regard to the Appointment of Counsel
in the case of the Will of John McDonough.
