       two Tracts called Frisby's Venture & Arianna or of any Part or Parcell
       thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances and also all the
       Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of him the said Thomas Bordley of in or to the af.d two several
       Tracts of Land called Frisby's Venture & Ariana or of in or to any
       Part or Parcell thereof To have and to hold the said several Tracts of
       Land called Frisby's Venture & Ariana with their and each of
       their appurtenances together with the Remainder or Remainders
       Reversion or Reversions ^Rents^ Issues and Profits of the aforementioned
       several Tracts of Land hereby Bargained or sold and of every Part
       and Parcell thereof or of either of them unto them the said John
       Brice Daniel Cheston and William Harris their Heirs and
       Assigns forever to and for the only Proper use and behoof of them
       the said John Brice Daniel Cheston & William Harris their Heirs &
       Assigns and ^to and^ for no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever
       And the said Thomas Bordley for himself his Heirs Exors &
       Adm.rs hereby Covenants & agrees to & with the said John Brice
       Daniel Cheston & William Harris their Heirs and Assigns that
       he the said Thomas Bordley his Heirs Exors & Adm.rs The af.d
