       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t)
       Received 3.d June 1747 the Consideration money within mentioned
       £ 70

       Be it Remembered that on the third day of June 1747 before me the
       Subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices personally appeared the
       within named Thomas Bordley who Acknowledged the within Indenture
       to be his Act and Deed & the Land within mentioned to be the Right
       and Estate of the within named john Brice Daniel Cheston & William
       Harris their heirs & Assigns forever according to the true intent & meaning
       of the Same Deed & the Act of Assembly in that Case made & Provided
                                                                                  Robert Gordon
       Received (June the 4.th 1747) of Mess.rs John Brice Daniel Cheston & William
       Harris by the hands of M.r John Brice the Sum of One pounds One Shill
       & Seven pence half penny Sterling for his Lordships ^use^ it being the Alienation
       fine on the within mentioned five hundred & forty Acres of Land) by
       Virtue of a Commission from Benjamin Tasker Esq.r his said Lordships
       Agent & Receiver General                        Rich.d Dorsey
8 sides Recorded June 4.th 1747

Ex.d Maryland fs.t   This Indenture made the Seventeenth
       day of April in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred & forty
       Seven Between Philip Dorsett of Calvert County Planter & Mary his wife
       one of the Daughters & Legatees of Richard Richardson late of Ann.ll County
       Deceased of the one part & John Bickerton of Ann Arundel County
       af.d Planter of the Other part Whereas the said Richard Richardson
       by his last Will and Testament in writing bearing date the Twentieth
       day of May Seventeen hundred & forty three amongst Other Requests
