CHAPTER 258.

 

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments

 

section ten of an act to incorporate the Mutual

 

Fire Insurance Company of Somerset and Wor-

 

cester counties, passed March thirteenth, eighteen

 

hundred and sixty-seven.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That section ten of the act entitled an act
