to Bed of the afd Mollattoe Child in the Information afd Specified
This Court Binds the afd Molltoe Child to the afd Edward Worrell to
Serve him ^his heirs^ or his Assignes till it Arrives at y.e full age of thirty one
years

Ordered by the Court here that the afd William
Bonner Enter into Recognizance with Good Security
for his appearance at next November Court to Answer
unto what Shall be objected against him on Suspicion
of felony and Good Behaviour

    Thereupon William Bonner of Kent County planter present herein
Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted unto the
Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty
pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Levey'd of his Goods and
Chattles Lands and Tenements for y.e use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his
heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he Shall not make his
personal appearance before the Justices of the next November
Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of
Chester in the Same County on the third Teusday of the Same
Month to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on
Suspicion of felony and if that in the mean time he Shall not
be of Good Behaviour wherewith the s.d William Bonner Doth Acknowledge
himself to be Content                                                    also

    James Smith of Kent County planter present here in Court in his
proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of
this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money
of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of his Goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors
Conditionally that if the afd William Bonner Shall not Make his personal
appearance before the Justices of the next November Court to be
