       Of Land are scituate Lying and being in y.e County of Ann Arrund.ll or Baltemore in Province of Maryland afores.d
       Together w.th all houses buildings conveyances woods ways passage proffitts comodities and appurtenances to y.e same belonging
       or appertaining Provided nevertheless that if it shall please God that my said dear and loving wife shall happen to depart
       this life before me y.e said Samuell and that I y.e said Samuell should happen to survive and overlive my said wife
       Susannah Dryer That then y.e said foure parcells of Land and every part and parcell thereof shall revert and return
       be and enure to me y.e said Samuell my heires and assignes for ever and that then this deed of Guift and every article
       clause and thing therein contained shall be null voide and of none effect any thing herein contained to y.e contrary In
       Wittness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale 8.th day of November in y.e year of our Lord God one thousand

       Knowledge and Understanding in our Laws of England and this Province Wee have nominated and by these presents doe
       Constitute ordaine and Appoint you y.e said W.m Dent our Attorney Generall or prosecuter of our please suites or actions
       within our Province of Maryland whether Criminall or Civill reall psonall or mixt or of nature or Kind soever to be
       prosecuted and attended by your selfe in our Provin.ll Court of our said Province and such County Courts as you practice
       in and by such Descreet and able psons as you for that purpose shall from time to time appoint and Depute under you
       in y.e severall County Courts of this Province where you doe not practice of which you are required to take due care as
       much as in you Lyes And you and they soe deputed and appointed under you are hereby pmitted and granted to demand
       require and recieve to your and their owen proper uses and behoofes all such sallarys proffitts pquisitts fees and regards
       as now are or hereafter shall be setled granted or due by Law that is to say to your selfe what is allowed in y.e Provin.ll
       Court and y.e Courts where you practice and to your Deputies what is allowed in y.e County Courts And because wee
       would not that you should want any Assisstance Councell or Advice in y.e Management or prosecution of our affaires as
       aforesaid under your Care and Charge Wee doe therefore comand and enjoyne the severall Att.rys Praction.rs and
       Councell.rs att Law that now are or hereafter shall be approved and allowed of by us or our Govern.r or Comander in
       Chiefe in and over our said Province to Demand or require theire or aney of their Councell and Assistance in any
       matter and thing that you shall think or Judge necess.ry or requisite for our service Provided such att.rys practi.rs
       or Councellors att Law are not retained against as in such matter as you shall require their advice Councell and
       assistance in which case [illegible] other they are to be dispenced w.th And that you may be y.e better informed in all
       matt.rs and things as relate to our service either from evidences or Inferences and thereby be enabled to forme your
       process and proceedings on certainty and verity wee Judge it necess.ry for our service and therefore doe hereby authorize
       and Impower you to administer any oath or oaths to any Wittness or wittnesses Informer or Informers that shall be
       sumoned or p.rtend to give evidence for us in any Cause or Matter when and as offten as you shall find y.e same requisite
       for our service To have hould use execute and enjoy y.e said Office and y.e pquistis and proffits to y.e same belonging
       dureing our pleasure Given at our Towne and Port of Annapolis under y.e great seale of our said Province
