488 Discharge the Said Benjamin Tasker his Heirs Ex.rs and Administrators and And Every of them for Ever by these presents Hath Bargained Given Sold & Granted And by these presents for himself & his Heirs doth fully Clearly and Absolutely Bargain Give Sell and Grant unto the Said Benjamin Tasker and his Heirs & Assigns for Ever all that Tract of Land Called part of Parkers Palace lying & being on Hunting Ridge in Baltimore County ^afd^ containing by Estimation two Hundred Acres w.ch the Said Joseph Hooper Bought of Docter Buchanan by His Deed bearing Date the 28.th June one Thous.d Seven Hundred Thirty Six Together with all Buildings Improvements Rights and Priviledges to the Said Land belonging or Appertaining or Commonly known used or occupied as part parcel or Member thereof with all and Singular Rents Reversions Services and Hereditaments of Him the Said Joseph Hooper of in and to the premisses To have hold use ^and^ Occupy the before Bargained premisses with the Appurtenances to the said Benj Tasker his Heirs & Assigns for Ever To the Only Proper Use and Behoof of the s.d Benj.a Tasker his Heirs & Assigns for Ever And the Said Joseph Hooper for himself his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs doth Covenant & Grant to And with the Said Benj.a Tasker his Heirs & Assigns in Maner fol.o That is to say that the said Joseph Hooper at the Sealing & Delivery of these Presents is Lawfully Seized of and In the Land and premisses before Bargained & Sold of a Sure and Indefeasible Estate in Fee Simple without any Defeasance Condition or Incumbrances and hath full Power to Bargain Give Grant and Convey the same to the s.d Benj Tasker his Heirs & Assigns for Ever Provided always and it is the True Intent & Meaning of these Presents that if the s.d Joseph Hooper his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns do pay or Cause to be payed unto the Said Benjamin Tasker his Ex.rs or Adm.rs the Sum of fifty seven pounds fourteen Shil.s & 3.D Sterl w.th Legall Interest on the tenth Day of Septem.r 1738 That then this Present Bargain and Sale and the Land & premisses Conveyed by this present Deed and all Estate passed & Transferred from the said Joseph Hooper to the s.d Benjamin Tasker his Heirs & Assignes by Virtue & Effect of these Presents shal Utterly Cease & be Voyed And that then & from the time of the said fifty seven pounds fourteen Shil.s & three pence & Interest to the s.d Benj Tasker his certain Attorney Ex.rs or Administrator or Any of them so payed as afs.d it shal or may be Lawfull for the said Joseph Hooper his Heirs & Assignes into all the Tract of Land & Appurtenances as before Conveyed by these Presents to the Said Benj Tasker & his Heirs to ReEnter And the said to Have Again as of his or their former Estate these presents (or) |
